Kwik Stix are always a fun painting activity around here.
These tempera paint sticks dry super fast and they are relatively mess free.
My niece especially loves using Kwik Stix, and I love that they are easy to use without all the mess.
We created this quick and easy princess crown because we all know how short the attention span of two year olds is!
Step 1: Gather your supplies--Kwik Stix paints, two sheets of printer paper, scissors, stapler
Step 2: Fold one sheet of paper in half and cut out a crown shape. This will be the front of the crown.
Step 3: Use the Kwik Stix to paint a design on the front of the crown.
Step 4: Cut a strip of paper from the second sheet of paper. It should be about 2-3 inches wide by the length of the paper. This will be the back strip for the crown.
Step 5: Staple the back strip of paper to one side of the crown. Measure your child's head and staple the strip of paper to the other side of the crown.
That's it! A quick and easy project that uses paint AND dries quickly so you get to playing that much faster!
